☞ What happens to my character if I decide to canon update them?

When you decide to canon update your character, they will be cocooned, much like they would be during a hiatus, for 24 hours. For more information on the cocoons, see the hiatus/drops page. Upon returning to the game, the cocoon will burst open and your character will awaken naked and covered in slime, with any new scars or physical changes (e.g. a haircut, a beard, etc.) that may have occurred during their update. They will not bring any new items, powers, or supernatural abilities with them; any of these things that you wish to have your character bring with you can be accessed through the Regain mechanic.

☞ Can my character's Manifestation change as a result of a canon update?

Yes. If your character has had major development during their character update that you think would result in a change of their Manifestation, you can note those changes on the form.
